How long will it take for my order to arrive?: Typically 10-14 business days.
Who is responsible for unloading at delivery?: The customer is 100% responsible and we recommend having a forklift on site.
What happens if my order shows up damaged?: Take photos of the damaged items, note the damage on the carrier's BOL, and contact us.
What if my project is tax exempt?: Send over the tax exempt form to us at sales@butlermfgparts.com
